See the artworks of the National Gallery’s Children’s Biennale in a different light through this special parent-child workshop led by an award-winning movement artist and somatic therapist. Inspired by the theme “diversity”, participants will be encouraged to experience selected art pieces with their bodies through interactive movement exercises.
This activity is recommended for ages 8 and above.

Introduce your children to the world of Chinese traditional performing arts with Clash of the Five Senses, a children’s cross talk show.
Never heard of a cross talk show? One of the most popular elements in Chinese culture, it’s a traditional performance in Chinese comedy that features puns, allusions, and rapid banter.
Performed by a group of talented young performers, Clash of the Five Senses is a children’s cross talk production that combines a number of Chinese traditional performing arts, including tongue twisters and allegro.

It can be difficult to find activities that support children with special needs.
Designed to engage the different senses, Sensory Storytime caters specifically for children with special needs. Parents are encouraged to email the organisers in advance to ensure that their children’s specific needs are met, and will be sent a social story in return.
Families with typically developing children are also welcome to join the programme.

In Singapore’s hot weather, nothing beats taking a swim.
Head down to Wild Wild Wet for the Songkran Water Fest 2.0, celebrating Thailand’s most famous water festival. Challenge your family and friends to a water gun battle in a giant inflatable, and slide penguin-style down 9m long slip-n-slide mats. Give your kids a headstart in coding through this workshop!
An introductory precoding programme designed for preschoolers aged 5 to 6, this workshop will make use of storytelling and games to teach children about the use of loops in coding. A screen-free way of teaching precoding concepts, the session will be filled with hands-on activities, and your child will even get to bring their own “loopy” creation home at the end.
