Touted as one of the most respected Chinese ink masters, the Liu Kuo-sung exhibit is the largest exhibition at a Singapore public museum which celebrates the artist’s 70 year career. The retrospective show shows the evolution of the artist through more than 60 paintings and 150 items from his personal archive. By immortalising significant innovations and contributions to the development of modern Chinese ink painting in his work, any museum-goer would appreciate the use of varied materials and textures to approach such a time-honoured practice.

Join The Storytelling Centre and learn about folktales from China about bravery, dragons and bayberry fruits! While the Lunar New Year is still ongoing, myths and legends are the perfect introduction for the little ones to venture into cultural roots and learn about the origins of traditions. For just the price of admission, you can enjoy unlimited play on all the rides including the new bumper cars now at Mega Carnival. From VR stations to old-school arcade games and even the ever-popular bouncy castles, kids of all ages (including adults) will have lots to do. Another exhibition to head to before it closes, The Doraemon Exhibition Singapore is on until Feb 5 and showcases the history of the iconic character plus its cultural impact as well as original drawings by the manga artist, Fujiko F Fujio.
