The royal family is in Canada for an eight-day tour of British Columbia and Yukon. It’ll be an exciting trip for sure, full of new experiences, especially for the two younger royals!
Here, we take a look at little prince George’s most adorable moments, along with some parenting lessons we’ve picked up from his parents, Will and Kate:
Taking outfit coordination to a whole new level, the precious family was decked out in royal blue, no less. We love the Duchess’s Jenny Packham dress (with matching hat) and maple leaf-shaped brooch, but the little prince definitely stole the show, looking slightly wary as he exited the plane.
Prince George clutched his parents’ hands tightly as they made their way down to the tarmac. Little Princess Charlotte looks absolutely adorable too, sitting on her mum’s hip. It’s the younger royal’s first royal tour, too!
Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, was on the tarmac ready to receive the royal family, but it seems that Prince George wasn’t really in the mood for some chitchat! Check out his reaction to a high-five and handshake below:
The rosy little royal, Prince George, turned a cool 3 years old in July. His proud parents shared four adorable new pictures of their son on Twitter and Instagram, photographed by Mark Porteous. The little prince spent an afternoon playing on the beautiful lawn of their home in Norfolk, England. Don’t they grow up so fast?
The tiny tot wore two outfits to celebrate his birthday. This blue shirt and shorts pairing are from UK label Sunuva, and are still available for order on the site.
Striding along like a proper gentleman! His sweater and shorts are from UK-based store Pepa & Co., while his shoes are from Trotters.
A proud moment as Will introduces his young son to the Squirrel helicopter at the Royal Air Tattoo, which is the aircraft he trained in at the RAF Shawbury, 2009.
William teaches little George how to wave like a royal to the public and the media before going in to meet newborn sister Charlotte for the first time. It’s never too early to hand down family traditions, that’s for sure.
The Duchess posted this too-adorable photo in May this year of the prince holding his baby sister, Princess Charlotte, at home. Take home tip: This helps to forge sibling bonds and instill a sense of responsibility in younger children.
Taken at Princess Charlotte’s christening a year ago, the whole world aww-ed at this sweet photo of little George on his tip-toes trying to get a look at his little sister. How precious!
Kate snapped this photo of the young royal looking quite grown up at his first day at Westacre Montessori School nursery in Norfolk, UK.
Of course, who can forget the time Prince George said hello to the President and the First Lady of the United States in a tiny bathrobe? Note to parents: Introduce junior to world politics early, and get them a headstart!
The rocking horse was actually a present from the Obamas when the prince was born.
Will lets his son sit in the Red-Arrow Hawk at the Royal Air Tattoo, perhaps to show him what it’s like to be a pilot like himself. Parenting lesson? Teach your kids what you know, and give them hands-on experience if possible!
Loving mum Kate Middleton snapped this shot of the darling princess at home. Doesn’t it seem like just yesterday when she was a tiny bundle in Kate’s arms?
