It’s a known fact that women don’t always achieve orgasm through penetrative sex. A study done by the Journal of Sexual Medicine found that on average, women orgasm 62.9 per cent of the time with a familiar partner while men tend to do so 85.1 per cent of the time (based on a sample size of over 2,000 singles).

Similarly, the American Sociological Review have found that, women tend to orgasm about 40 per cent of the time during casual penetrative sex as compared to men, who orgasm about 80 per cent of the time.
While some women require clitoral stimulation to achieve orgasm while having penetrative sex, some sex experts believe that there are other types of orgasms worth trying to achieve instead. One such orgasm is the lesser-known cervical orgasm.
Essentially, unlike the clitoral orgasm that builds before reaching its climax and lasts only a few seconds, a cervical orgasm can last longer.
We’ve listed some of the best positions you can try if you want to achieve cervical orgasm through deep penetration:

Saying These 10 Things In Bed Can Really Improve Your Sex Life
Let’s start with a simple and classic position: the doggy style. Go on your fours and let your man enter you from behind, as he gets an Access All Areas pass to your vagina.
This deeply penetrative position can be pleasurable for some women, but depending on the angle and depth of penetration, you might experience slight discomfort or pain if his penis hits up against your cervix (it sounds painful because it really is).
If that happens to you, you might want to start slow and arch or lower your back to help ease the discomfort. Or try one of these other positions in this article.
To achieve deep penetration with this position, you need to lift your legs such that they rest on the shoulders of your partner.
With your legs up, your partner gets unrestricted access to your vagina and can penetrate you even deeper. If it gets too intense, start out with regular missionary position and work your way up (literally!) to this position.
You’ll need to use your arm strength for this but once you’ve reached your orgasm, you won’t even think about the pain in your arm—until the euphoria dies down.
The missionary position is always a good starting point for more complex positions. If you’re not feeling adventurous yet, stick to the missionary, but with a twist. Instead of opening your legs wide, wrap them around your partner’s body with your heels resting somewhere on his butt.
Doing so will also allow you to guide him into you and control the depth of penetration. Besides, we’re pretty sure it’s going to be a turn-on for him when you take control and guide him through the night.
Similar to doggy style, the Bent Over position involves you being bent over a chair or a table, giving your partner full access and dominance over you. Find a stable surface to lean on so you don’t end up toppling over and injure yourself and his penis (yes, it’s totally possible).
You might also want a smooth surface so you don’t end up with abrasions on your arms after reaching your high. Trust us, it’s not worth it.
One of the best things about this position is that it gives you total control of the depth and intensity of penetration.
What’s more, your partner can help you out by placing his hands around your waist to guide you up or down. You don’t necessarily have to do it on a chair—on the bed is fine too, as long as you’re in a sitting position.
To make it more stable, have him sit on the edge of the bed.
This one’s perfect for when the two of you are tired and want to snuggle while having sex. With you being little spoon, guide him into you from behind and arch your back a little to accommodate his penis.
If you’re feeling it, you can even lift your leg slightly to let him penetrate even deeper.
