10 Barbecue Restaurants In Singapore Your Family Will Love
1. Smokey's BBQ
image

If you’re looking for an all-American diner experience, then Smokey’s BBQ is the place to go. It’s not just the generous portions that make this smokehouse a must-try, Smokey’s also offers a great pick of cocktails and beers in a laidback, fuss-free environment.

Start with a bowl of Smoked Beef Chilli before moving on to the US Prime Beef Brisket, popular with diners for its tender, juicy meat that falls right off the bone. If you’re heading out for midweek wings, Smokey’s does $1 wings all night long every Wednesday.

32 South Buona Vista and 73 Joo Chiat Place

2. Chuckwagon BBQ And Grill

In need of a comfy spot to dine alfresco with the family? Chuckwagon BBQ & Grill is all that and more. This kid-friendly restaurant has a menu for diners below age 12, alongside an extensive selection for the adults. The buffalo wings are always a hit (choose from The Good, The Bad and The Ugly), beef ribs and baby back ribs.

7 Portsdown Road

3. Wildfire Kitchen And Bar

Expect soul-satisfying burgers at hideout restaurant, Wildfire Kitchen & Bar. Each handsome patty is balanced out with fresh veggies, delicious sauces, additional ingredients for added crunch, and sandwiched between their signature brioche bun. There’s also a selection of steaks you can pair with a smooth Japanese or American ale.

26 Evans Road

4. Red Eye Smokehouse
image

Right off the bat, you know this joint is legit — you’re encouraged to get up and order your meats from a glorious heated display case before your serves dishes them out to you on a large tray.

That being said, the interior is minimalist and cosy, so it’s kind of like a cafe and a smokehouse made a baby. Probably why both their meats like ribs, pork knuckle, beef brisket and more are equally good as their less conventional sides like broccoli salad.

1 Cavan Road

5. Morganfield's

Their signature Sticky Bones ribs comes in six different flavours and in sharing platters, which are nice for a group of three or four. Online reservations available.

#02-23, The Star Vista; and #01-645 Suntec City

6. Dallas Restaurant And Bar
image

The slow-braised pork ribs are a must-order here. Both the crowds and the portions at Dallas are large, so make sure to come armed with a reservation and friends to share your mouth-watering meal with.

31 Boat Quay

7. Decker Barbecue
image

Here, meats are price by weight, from spare ribs to brisket to pulled pork and more — great for small eaters who don’t want that big a portion, as well as big eaters who won’t even be satisfied by an entire rack of ribs.

Wash this down with their hipster beers like Brooklyn Lager or Red Hook.

#01-07, 60 Robertson Quay

8. Camp Kilo Charcoal Club
image

Dining at Camp Kilo Charcoal Club is like going for a backyard barbecue party of an old friend.

Think an energetic crowd mingling around the open air seats, a garden bar, a whole spit-roasted hog and of course, harty barbecued fare.

Even the desserts — from s’mores cheesecake to tasted marashmallows — pay homage to the camp/backyard-themed eatery.

#01-01, 66 Kampong Bugis

9. Naughty Nuri's
image

A must-visit in Bali, Indonesian franchise Naughty Nuri’s brings its specialties to Singapore.

It might not be by the rustic rice padis like it is in Ubud, but all that won’t matter once you dig into their Warung’s smoky BBQ pork ribs — so good, you’ll almost want to devour the bones too.

#01-84 Capitol Piazza, 11 Stamford Road

10. MeatSmith
image

With a name like MeatSmith, you know they’re serious about their meat. Offering up only the most premium cuts of meat smoked Southern-style, from pork spare ribs to beef brisket to fried chicken, this eatery is the dreams of carnivores.

As an ode to typical American diners, the casual dining space is raucous yet laid back — just what we love about such joints.

167-169 Telok Ayer Street
