By the folks behind one of our favourite cafes, The Populus Coffee & Food Co., this relatively new haunt serves sumptuous nutrient bowls that’ll convince you to hop onto the health food bandwagon if nothing else will.
Boring ol’ chicken thights have no business around here — tasty proteins are incorporated into the bowls, from braised beef cheek to teriyaki roasted cod and more.

Can’t let go of local food? Try Red Baron’s Quinoa Goreng — a spin-pff of Nasi Goreng — using quinoa as a base and served with shrimps, chicken, chilli padi and a sunny side up egg with ika billis (fried anchovies).
Healthy meals mean we get a free pass for dessert right? Right. The French toast is a clear winner — eggy brioche doused in addictive gula melaka sauce.

What we love about this no-frills salad bar: their salads come with a generous portion of protein as well, from char-grilled shrimp to maple infused chicken to buttered parsley dory.
If you’re there for breakfast, they’ve also got homely fare like omelettes and grilled toast.
