Catalunya Singapore

Start the long weekend right with Easter inspired cocktails from Catalunya on Good Friday before you indulge in some seriously yummy Spanish grub on Sunday. Besides great food like lamb wellington and chickpea and cod stew (these items are specifically prepared for Lent in Spain), the restaurant will be playing fun games for diners to win prizes.

Kids get a chance to take home Easter-themed craft packs.
Prices start from S$98++ per adult and S$40++ for children below nine. Kids below four dine for free.

Grand Hyatt's Oasis Easter Sunday Brunch

With a kids-only buffet line consisting of flavourful delights, Oasis at the Grand Hyatt is well… an oasis for the kids! Apart from brunch, kids also get to spend the afternoon immersing themselves in craft work, face painting and of course, an Easter egg hunt.

The Easter bunny too, might just make an appearance! Parents aren’t left disappointed, especially with the gourmet food selection that includes grilled salmon, Australian beef rump steak and fresh oysters. Prices start at S$98++ (with free flow alcohol) for adults and S$58++ for kids.

Pan Pacific Singapore's Egg-cellent Easter
image

This year, Pan Pacific planned its Easter celebrations with family in mind. Besides delicious food and unlimited champagne for the adults at their restaurant, Edge, there will be fun activities for kids and their families to embark on such an egg hunt that takes you around the hotel and face and hand painting stations!

Prices start at S$208 for adults, inclusive of Veuve Clicquot champagne and $89 for children, inclusive of fresh juices and soft drinks. Before leaving though, get your hands on their handcrafted Easter takeaways like the dinosaur egg – a giant egg that’s filled with marshmallows – and their laughing bunny chocolate from the Pacific Marketplace.

Get ready to be transported to Wonderland at The Line. Taking inspiration from Alice in Wonderland, Chef de Cuisine Vincent Wong will be creating an Easter Sunday champagne brunch complete with Asian dishes and Western favourites.

Black pepper crab, bak kut teh and pepper crab fried rice are some of the hearty dishes accompanying the visually enticing desserts such as White Rabbit’s pocket watch pastry. Besides great food, family activities like a screening of Alice in Wonderland by Tim Burton, and egg and face painting sessions will be taking place. Prices start at $158 per adult (inclusive of unlimited Perrier Jouet champagne) and $54 per child (inclusive of unlimited soft drinks and juices).

It’s always a grand affair at the St. Regis and this Easter, it’s no different. Featuring a selection of exquisite butler-passed canapes and an assortment of salads, cold cuts and seafood, Brasserie Les Saveurs’ Easter menu promises a luxurious afternoon.

We recommend trying their a la minute main courses that include garlic basted tiger prawns, pan seared black cod and slow roasted angus beef tenderloin. Be sure not to miss their decadent sampling of cakes, pastries and chocolates for a perfect ending to Easter Sunday!
