“Tian” means “sky” in Mandarin and “OMG!” sounds like just about the right description for their donut burger.

They say to not play with fire, but this modern-Australian barbecue makes no apology for disregarding the advice. Intensely smoky flavours are teased out of hefty slabs of meat in the wood-fired over, all for viewing pleasure from the open kitchen.
Their menu is written afresh each day, but we’re glad their sanger burger is a mainstay. Chow down on pillowy brioche buns embracing a harmony of pulled pork shoulder, colseslaw and a smoky chipotle mayonnaise.
Behold the Hum-Dan Chicken Bomb: a succulent chicken patty burger with a molten salted egg yolk centre.
Lin Rooftop Bar sure knows how to ride the wave of trending flavours in Singapore. The flavours of the burger meld spledidly together — all the better with one of their Asian-insipired cocktails… or three.
50 Tiong Bahru Road
The odd bird gets our winning vote here: the Hawaii 5-0 is a stack of double chicken katsu, a pineapple slice, cheddar, fresh slaw and teriyaki turkey ham.
Classic include the baconator, meat and mushroom, and more. Vegetarians aren’t left out — the tofu fighting is a fried thick tofu patty topped with smashed avocado, cheddar and teriyaki slaw.
48 Arab Street
We didn’t find any meat in Artistry’s Vegetarian Burger — panko-crusted eggplant parmigiana and montery jack cheese, buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil — but we certainly weren’t complaining.
Come the weekend, the nasi lemak burger makes a special appearance, an ode to local flavours in a universal favourite food.

Mike’s name hasn’t been used in vain. BWB’s Tyson Peanut Butter Burger — an angus beef patty, bacon, a sunny side up, cheese ,and tomato smothered in decadent peanut butter — is a heavyweight winner.
Plus, lunch deals cost barely more than a tenner. Score!
