For a restaurant suited for all members of the family (yes, including furbabies), take a trip down to Reddot Brewhouse to indulge in a traditional Christmas feast. Its festive menu consists of Love Bundle Festive Platter ($128), a tray filled with jumbo prawns, lamb rack, pork belly, grilled portobello mushroom homemade sauce, and much more; and Merry Turkey ($24), a pan-seared turkey breast with king oyster mushrooms and beetroots. To top it all off, the Jingle Bells dessert ($15) ends the meal on a delightfully sweet note with apple cheesecake topped with fresh fruits.

Of course, no meal is complete without a drink. Enjoy either freshly brewed Christmas ale or Sweethearts ($18), a cocktail that marries the flavours of lychee, passion fruit, and fresh lime.

The experience doesn’t end there, though. Before your visit, pen a message to whoever you are taking with you to the place and Santa Claus will personally deliver it to your table.

Available now. Located at 25A Dempsey Road, #01-01, and opened from Monday to Saturday. Call +65 6535 4500 or visit here to make your reservations.

Bask in the celebratory spirit at Conrad Centennial Singapore’s buffet line, Oscar’s, which will be serving up an indulgent assisted buffet spread.

Love a free-flow of seafood? One of the highlights is the Frutti Di Mare platter piled with the likes of oysters, prawns, and sashimi as well as Boston lobster and Alaskan king crab legs (the latter two are available only on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve).

You’ll also be treated to lots of other delights, like a punchy snapper and pineapple ceviche, salmon quinoa poke, and an aromatic truffled turkey pincho. Don’t miss out on hearty meats like the dry-rubbed roasted rib eye, and the roasted turkey, drizzled with a brandy-infused gravy, and cranberry foie gras bread stuffing.

For those of you with a taste for Asian fare, there are dishes like Indonesian chicken rendang, Oscar’s signature laksa, crispy cereal fish skin, and more.

Looking to experience a lavish seven or eight-course meal on Christmas Eve and day?

Before each meal, start off with an array of snacks, ranging from beetroot to kangaroo, before diving into the respective menus at contemporary Australian restaurant Salted and Hung.

The Christmas Eve and Day Dinner ($208++) consists of a uni (sea urchin) with vegetable puree and a sake jelly starter, followed by fresh king fish slices artfully placed to resemble a rose. Afterwards, dine on king crab and Caluga caviar with a side of collagen chips. But of course, we can’t forget the main course. Enjoy servings of Australian marron with shellfish and buttermilk emulsion, alongside dry-aged wagyu with truffles and potato millefeuille.

For the Christmas Day lunch menu ($148++) you can look forward to the restaurant’s signature honey-baked ham, with main courses of turbot with shellfish emulsion and the same dry-aged wagyu served for dinner.

Both repertoires feature rum-infused Christmas pudding topped with cream and berries. Better yet, you can take home Mr. Bucket’s Christmas Bon Bon, Gingerbread, and Egg Nog to continue the indulgence afterwards.

Available on Dec 24 and 25, 2021. Located at 12 Purvis Street, Singapore 188591. Visit Chope to make your reservations.

Drop by the authentic Cantonese fine-dining restaurant to experience a Chinese-inspired Christmas meal. Dig into the ‘Christmas Baked Turkey Surprise’, a festive rendition of Beggar’s Chicken.

Encased within a flour crust, the turkey stuffed inside is one of tender, smokey goodness that emits a rich herbal aroma. But that’s not all this dish has to offer because the fun part comes in cracking it open yourself.

We don’t know about you, but that sounds both exciting and perfectly Instagram-worthy.

Available from now until Jan 2, 2022. The Christmas Baked Turkey Surprise is priced at $68++ and serves two to four pax. Feng Shui Inn is at 8 Sentosa Gateway, 098269. Visit its website for more information and make your reservation.

For mains, you get the choice of a Boston lobster fusili pasta in a saffron cream sauce, or a dark cocoa marinated venison striploin with Chianti wine sauce. Your meal’s completed with an array of classic Italian Christas desserts, like torrone (a type of nougat) and Cantuccini cookies.

Set meals not really your thing? Well, then how about a buffet lunch? Enjoy a feast of beef stifatho, lamb kofta, bread and butter pudding, and choc plate banana log cake. But of course, no buffet is really a buffet without oysters and sashimi, which will be aplenty, to slurp down.

Along with the buffet lunch, they are releasing their newest creation called the Cereal Roast Turkey with Salted Egg Sauce ($138). Slow-roasted to retain the moisture of the poultry, the turkey is wrapped in fragrant ‘cereal’ that is deep-fried in a wonderful blend of chilli, butter, and curry leaves. Talk about putting a local spin on a Christmas staple!

The Christmas Buffet is available from now to Jan 1, 2022. It is priced at $36++* per person (adult) and $20 per person (child). Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel is at 317 Outram Rd, Singapore 169075. Visit its website for reservations.
