Feast on a delectable five-course Christmas set menu on Christmas Eve and Day as you soak in the view of the cityscape through the full-height glass windows at Andaz Singapore’s level 38 steakhouse, 665°F.
The menu by Chef de Cuisine Poh Boon Neo presents opens with plump Sakoshi Bay Oyster Vichyssoise topped with Kaluga caviar, before moving on to duck rillettes with cranberry, marsala jelly, Iranian pistachios and brioche. There’s also Boston Lobster with winter truffle, celeriac veloute, 5J Iberico ham, and Piedmont hazelnuts.

Contemporary Italian restaurant Gary’s offers a lavish seven-course Christmas Dinner menu set amidst a romantic two-storey black and white heritage bungalow, exclusively on Dec 24 and 25, 2022.
It kickstarts with Hokkaido scallop carpaccio, and coned escargot, then follows with an Alaskan king crab pasta, baked cod fish, and the lavish, well-marbled Arita Wagyu.
There’s Christmas brunch, too. Think fresh Japanese oysters, creamy burrata with parma ham, and truffle omelette or scrambled egg. Don’t miss out on the pasta, be it Gary’s signature seafood pasta, or the two-hours braised wagyu beef cheek pasta. For a restaurant with a convivial and casual atmosphere suited for all members of the family, take a trip down to Reddot Brewhouse to indulge in a traditional Christmas feast. Plus, soak in the cosy atmosphere with its space turned into a merry wonderland.
Its festive menu consists of the Twelve Days of Christmas – Appetizer Platter ($68++), a sharing tray with twelve types of starters including gazpacho, Manchego cheese, ham croquettes and more. Happy Turkey ($18++) sees a stuffed turkey breast roulade with sweet potato mash and asparagus. To top it all off, the Sweet Christmas dessert ($18) ends the meal on a delightfully sweet note with white chocolate mousse on raspberry jelly.

The delicious-sounding menu kicks off with starters like chestnut soup with crispy prosciutto and housemade sourdough, or herb-marinated tuna with mango puree. For mains, you have the choice of gnocchi with sauteed tomato pesto, and black truffle shavings, or slow-roasted pork. Exclusively for dinner is the Australian Angus beef striploin served with a housemade potato fontina pave and sauteed vegetables, as well as pan-seared cod.
You can also stuff yourself silly with its buffet spread ($128++ per person), available for dinner on Christmas eve and brunch on Christmas day. Load up your plate with seafood on ice, charcuteries and hot sides, as well as roasted chicken, seabass and prime rib from the carving station. For appetisers, think creamy Baked Brie ($22++) paired with fig balsamic
marmalade and sweet candied walnuts, a refreshing Petit Turkey Cranberry Caesar salad ($18++), and Grilled Haloumi ($18++) on a bed of earthy herb hummus with sweet garlic honey dressing.
For main courses, expect festive favourites such as the PS Christmas Traditional Dinner ($38++), a succulent oven-roasted turkey dish with apricot-glazed leg ham, and chestnut and sage stuffing. You can also dig into three other main courses like the Bacon Wrapped Beef Filet Mignon ($54++), Chargrilled Pasture Fed Tasmanian Rack of Lamb ($48++) and Lobster Rockefeller & Torn Prawn Linguine ($46++).
