1 orange, juiced; 1 lemon; 1 tbsp chopped mixed herbs; 2 tsps balsamic vinegar; 1 tsp olive oil; 1 clove garlic, crushed.

Pair with: Salmon With Edamame, Grapefruit & Barley Salad
