If you’re celebrating on Feb 13, there’s a Pre-Valentine’s Day Dinner, available in a three-course sunset menu ($128++ per person, from 5:30pm to 7:15pm) and a four-course dinner ($168++ per person, from 5:30pm onwards) with many delightful inclusions like house-made ‘tagliolini’ pasta with Hokkaido sea urchin and Amur oscietra caviar, and mesmerising cuts of Sanchoko wagyu beef sirloin. Let the ruby chocolate mousse with fudge brownie and Japanese strawberry take your breath away afterwards.
On Feb 14 itself, you’ll get a three-course ‘Ti Amo’ dinner set ($148++ per person) for the sunset seating from 5:30pm to 7:15pm or the five-course fare ($298++ per person) throughout the evening. Opened by Michelin-starred chef Carles Gaig in 2017, the restaurant is best known for its heritage Catalan fare. With elegant and airy interiors, diners will be treated to a six-course Catalan dinner for V-day, curated by executive chef Martí Carlos Martínez and his team.
You’ll start with a welcome glass of cava, followed by foie gras with green apple foam. Périgord black truffles are the star of the menu, and featured in the two mains; fresh sole fish with black winter truffle, and venison tenderloin with Perigueux sauce.
