A portion of the proceeds ($5) of each adult’s purple-hued Afternoon Tea set will be donated to United Women Singapore, a non-profit organisation that aims to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment by promoting STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) for girls and advocacy on the prevention of domestic violence.

Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu has crafted a lavish feast inspired by free-spirited butterflies in a flourishing garden. Look forward to decadent treats such as the Hokkaido scallop tartlet with citrus crème fraiche and Espelette pepper, Cajun smoked duck with macadamia and butterfly blue pea flower gel, classic violet elderberry macaron, caramel white chocolate ganache tart, blackcurrant mousse dome, and more.

In addition, dress in any shade of purple and you’ll receive a complimentary glass of the ‘Purple Bloom’ cocktail, a luscious blend of gin, black grapes, blueberry and fresh basil, topped off with champagne.
