Expect tantalising creations like the Boston Lobster in a sesame basket and the popular Coronation Chicken, served with a charcoal bun and a raisin mayo. Balance the savouries with an abundance of miniature sweets, including a petite log cake filled with Gingerbread Cremeux and a brandy-soaked fruit cake.
Head mixologist Kingston Chin has curated two cocktails to pair with the goodies. Conrad Centennial Singapore’s beloved afternoon tea, held at the sophisticated Lobby Lounge, has received a festive makeover. Expect reinvented savouries that include Foie Gras Profiteroles, Alaskan King Crab Sliders and Boston Lobster with caviar atop compressed watermelon.
The sweet side of things is equally tempting, with the mixture of sweets and pastries including a hojicha mousse and sponge cake, a chocolate pudding and Sacher sponge creation and a ruby peach and almond treat, all in adorable Christmas-themed shapes (including a reindeer and a wrapped present).
