Seafood lovers can also enjoy freshly shucked Hyogo Oysters and perfectly cooked Maine Lobster – alongside other delicious catch – at the Special Festive Buffet.
Whether you want to catch up with friends or have a special mother-and-daughter date, the Nutcracker-Themed Afternoon Tea at Crossroads Bar will add the right amount of whimsy and holiday cheer. Taking inspiration from the beloved Christmas ballet, the dainty tea-time nosh, available through December (2pm to 5pm daily), includes the Sugarplum Fairy (peppermint meringue with macadamia sable and coconut frosting), the Drosselmeyer (sticky date pudding with black tea cream and lemon curd) and The Mouse King (cheesecake with honeycomb and Biscoff crumbles). Of course, there are the requisite Christmas cakes and scones, and savoury bites including assorted premium sandwiches, Smoked Salmon and Leek Quiche, and Prawn Thermidor Tartlet. Guests will also receive two complimentary Nutcracker figurines.
For a round of celebratory drinks, head to Crossroads Bar to sip on Christmas-themed cocktails and mocktails. Alcoholic tipples include the tart Winter In Tropics ($18), a festive special made from Ketel One Citroen, Triple Sec, Blue Monin syrup, egg white, and pineapple imbued with brown sugar and cinnamon. There’s also the Crimson Baubles ($20) – a sparkling concoction crafted with berry-infused gin, Aperol, Grenadine syrup, and Prosecco.
As for crowd-pleasing mocktails, you can sample the earthy Pine N Snow (matcha powder, vanilla ice cream and yuzu juice) or the vibrant Kisseltoe (fresh orange and grapefruit juice infused with rosemary and star anise and bubbly soda).
Instead of dining on the usual suspects this Christmas season, why not go for something a little different? With Paradox Singapore’s distinctive fare inspired by local ingredients and recipes, you can thrill your taste buds, tuck into new dishes with family and friends and partake in a festive feast to remember.
