The most wonderful time of the year is fast approaching, and brings with it turkey, ham and log cakes galore. We’ve rounded up 22 hotels with the best buffets, lunches, dinners, high teas and more around Singapore this yuletide season. It’ll be hard to pick just one.

At Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day lunch, make merry at the a la carte buffet (S$168++ per adult, S$98++ per child) at Alley on 25, Andaz Singapore’s all-day street dining venue.

Encompassing seven shophouse-inspired venues each specialising in a different cuisine, festive highlights include sustainable seafood stew, Alaskan king crab leg and stir-fried Black Angus beef, alongside a fresh seafood bar and unlimited champagne, wines and beer. A roving a capella group will also complete the alleyway dining experience with festive tunes.

Capella Singapore

Held at the Grand Ballroom Foyer, Capella Singapore’s annual Christmas Day buffet brunch spread (from S$198++ per adult, from S$78++ per child) will feature a live turkey carving station, Vanilla-Greek yoghurt log cake with lemon verbena curd and every other yuletide delight in between. The fairy tale-themed fete will also include fun Christmas activities for children.

For a more intimate setting, enjoy a three- to five-course set lunch or dinner (from S$78++ per adult, S$48++ per child) on Christmas Eve and Day at The Knolls, or afternoon tea (S$45++ per person) at Chef’s Table on weekdays from December 1 to 29, except on December 25. Plus, look out for festive cocktails and mocktails at Bob’s Bar from December 1 to 25.

Conrad Centennial Singapore

Throughout December, Oscar’s at Conrad Centennial Singapore sets the festive mood by including in its buffet lunch and dinner (from S$63++ per adult, from S$31.50++ per child) smoked ham and whole turkey with all the trimmings, as well as a variety of log cakes at the dessert selection.

The buffet is further enhanced at dinner on December 23, as well as brunch and dinner on Christmas Eve and Day (from S$148++ per adult, from S$37++ per child). Expect live carvings of traditional beef wellington and roast USA maple duck, Black Angus ribeye and green bamboo lobsters from the live barbecue station, as well as a Dessert House overflowing with everything sweet, including a lollipop wall!

Crowne Plaza Changi Airport

Have a hearty holiday feast (from S$55++ per adult, from S$27.50++ per child) throughout December at Azur, with highlights at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport’s buffet restaurant including gammon ham, black truffle roast Christmas turkey and crispy pork knuckle, as well as traditional Christmas log cakes, fruitcake and pudding.

Little ones can look forward to a series of fun activities from December 17 to 28, such as building a gingerbread house, as well as Santa’s special appearance during Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day brunch.

Spend a heartwarming Christmas at Fairmont Singapore over timeless Italian cuisine at Prego, with festive brunch on Christmas Eve and Day (from S$98++ per adult, from S$49++ per child). Or tuck into an array of classic Christmas treats and Halal-certified pan-Asian favourites at Asian Market Cafe, where buffet lunch and dinner (from S$63++ per adult, from S$33++ per child) run from December 4 to 31.

Anti:dote is also hosting a festive afternoon tea (S$58++ per person) from December 21 to New Year’s Day, inclusive of a dessert to take home. Add even more sparkle to your celebration with gold and red festive cocktails and mocktails at Alligator Pear.

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

Soak in the atmosphere at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, where One-Ninety Restaurant’s buffet brunch (from S$188++ per adult, from S$78++ per child) on Christmas Eve and Day offer live stations featuring slow-roasted Wagyu rump, glazed gammon ham, pan-seared duck liver and more.

The semi-buffet dinner (from S$128++ per adult, S$64++ per child) on both days lets you select from a range of Christmas entrées such as oven-roasted organic turkey or roasted Atlantic cod. Christmas carollers, visits from Santa, Polaroid keepsakes and fun-filled activities for kids complete the joyous experience.

The Fullerton Hotel and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore

Savour the flavours of the holiday season at The Fullerton Hotels from now till the end of the year. Options at The Fullerton Hotel include festive lunch, high tea and dinner buffets (from S$59++ per adult, from S$29++ per child) at Town Restaurant, afternoon tea (S$50++ per adult, S$25++ per child) at The Courtyard, and three- to five-course degustation set lunch or dinner (from S$158++ per person) at The Lighthouse.

From December 1 to 25 at Grand Hyatt Singapore, mezza9 will be serving up a new festive a la carte menu, while a grand Christmas Eve buffet dinner (from S$148++ per adult, S$98++ per child) awaits diners with a spread boasting Tasmanian smoked king salmon, slow-roasted butterball turkey, Jameson whiskey flambéed plum pudding and more.

The next day, try global festive flavours at Christmas Day brunch (from S$188++ per adult, S$118++ per child). For a touch of yuletide in Italy, enjoy Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day brunch buffets (S$118++ per adult, S$59++ per child) at Pete’s Place instead. If high tea (from S$68++ per adult, S$48++ per child) is your cup of tea, head to 10 Scotts for four hours of savouries and sweets on Christmas Day.

Grand Park Orchard

Situated on the fourth floor of Grand Park Orchard, Mitzo Restaurant and Bar dishes out a sumptuous six-course spread (S$128++ per person) from December 1 to January 1 for an alternative take on classic holiday cheer.

The progressive Cantonese restaurant will welcome diners with an aperitif, Spice & Glitter, followed by five elegantly plated courses and a dessert. A trio of appetisers – soya poached foie gras, roasted crispy pork belly and prawn in creamy bonito sauce, as well as double-boiled abalone soup with morel mushroom and turkey – will kick-start your celebration.

Hotel Fort Canning

Enjoy festive high tea (from S$30++ per person) in the park at Hotel Fort Canning from 20 November to 30 December. Each set comprises both sweet and savoury Christmas-inspired light bites, served with tea, coffee or prosecco at The Salon. For

Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day lunch (from S$98++ per adult, from S$49++ per child), feast on the lavish buffet spreads and dessert bar, complemented with special live grill station on Christmas Day. The little ones will delight in their own buffet stations and play zone.

Intercontinental Singapore

As part of InterContinental Singapore’s A Fairytale Christmas: Enchanted Woods celebrations, Ash & Elm presents gourmet feasts featuring braised beef cheek with mulled wine sauce, roasted turkey with chestnuts, Yule logs, gingerbread bread and butter pudding and more. An appetiser and dessert buffet (S$38++) lunch with choice of main course (top-up S$48++) runs Mondays to Saturdays from November 20 to December 30, with festive Sunday and Christmas Day champagne brunch (from S$118++ per adult, S$48++ per child) throughout December.

Or, have a leisurely fairy tale-themed afternoon tea (from S$88++ for two persons) at The Lobby Lounge from November 20 to January 2, including two flutes of Christmas cocktail or Perrier-Jouet Champagne.

JW Marriott Singapore South Beach

Beach Road Kitchen (above), the all-day dining restaurant at JW Marriott Singapore South Beach, will be serving up Christmas Eve and Day brunch and dinner (from S$88++ per adult, from S$44++ per child). Its usual buffet spread will be complemented by festive specialities such as slow-roasted turkey and mango passion Yule log cake.

For an extra indulgent treat only available at Christmas Eve dinner, diners can top up S$35++ for French Sturia caviar. For a different sort of Christmas dining, try the six-course Christmas Eve and Day set dinner (S$150++ per person) at Akira Back, where festive classics are given a Japanese twist.

Mandarin Oriental

Christmas carollers and visits from jolly Santa will add cheer to the yuletide atmosphere at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, even while diners tuck into a melting pot of festive cuisines at brunch and dinner buffets (from S$108++ per adult, S$68++ per child) at Melt Café (above).

Alternatively, enjoy a four- or five-course Italian set dinner (from S$108++ per person) at Dolce Vita, or have a very merry afternoon tea (from S$80++ for two persons) at Axis Bar and Lounge. These festive feasts are available on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Herald the holiday season with a diverse spread of cuisines at celebrity chef and signature restaurants at Marina Bay Sands. It’s a heritage Christmas at Pan Pacific Singapore, with festive buffet lunch and dinner (from S$58++ per adult, from S$29++ per child) at Edge featuring classics such as foie gras torchon, traditional roasted whole turkey, glazed champagne ham and whole roasted Moroccan spiced baby lamb from November 13 to December 31. Or, gather with loved ones over the limited edition three-tier festive afternoon tea set (from S$38++ per person) at Atrium throughout December. It includes sweet and savoury delights such as eggnog crème brulee tart, duck rillette with herb crostini and pistachio cranberry scones.

Park Hotel Clarke Quay

Savour classic flavours of Christmas at Porta Fine Food & Import Company at the lobby of Park Hotel Clarke Quay. Pick from the a la carte festive menu, featuring cognac-scented lobster bisque, Norwegian salmon gravlax, Spanish suckling pig confit and roasted French quail, or enjoy a three-course set menu (S$60++ per person) featuring its best highlights.

Prefer to celebrate outdoors? Get sizzling as Cocobolo Poolside Bar + Grill fires up a decadent barbecue buffet spread (S$80++ per adult, S$40++ per child) complemented with Christmas ham and slow-roasted turkey. Both are available on weekends from December 15 to 31.

Parkroyal On Pickering

Be merry amid the glitter and gold at Parkroyal on Pickering as its signature Lime Restaurant unveils a lunch and dinner buffet (from S$60++ per adult, from S$40++ per child) from December 1 to 30 with the quintessential turkey with trimmings, calamansi scented salmon tartar and panettone pudding with gingerbread sauce.

The spread extends further on Christmas Eve and Day (from S$108++ per adult, from S$64++ per child), with additions of honey glazed ham, roasted turkey roulade, foie gras torchon and more. Locally inspired pandan coconut and durian gula melaka log cakes are joined by a dessert spread specially for kids. Carollers will also be on hand to serenade diners on both days.

The lunch buffet (from S$62++ per adult, from S$33++ per child) is available from December 11 to Christmas Day. Christmas Eve dinner buffet (S$118++ per adult, S$59++ per child) will be complemented by carolling by Victoria Chorale at the hotel lobby.

Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel

Royal Plaza On Scotts

Choose from lunch, high tea or dinner (from S$48++ per adult, from S$32++ per child) on both Christmas Eve and Day at Carousel, where the spread includes the ubiquitous roasted turkey, Australian prime ribs and seafood delights, as well as traditional desserts from log cakes to stollen.

The dedicated buffet restaurant at Royal Plaza on Scotts will also set up a DIY photo booth for diners to capture memories as keepsakes. Santa Claus will also be dropping by during dinner on Christmas Eve and lunch on Christmas Day.
