This year, we held our inaugural Great Women Of Our Time 2016 Forum on September 3 at Impact Hub with several successful and high-achieving women (and mothers!) banding together to inspire and encourage women to find work-life balance and be the best they can be.
Keynote speaker and Skin Inc founder, Sabrina Tan, kicked off the forum by sharing the trials and tribulations of starting and owning her very own business. She also gave tips on how working mothers can spend quality time with their kids despite their hectic schedules.
Our first panel of speakers, Chrissy Goh-Tasker, Nanz Chong-Komo and Fion Phua, then inspired our readers by revealing the setbacks they’ve faced in their journey to becoming entrepreneurs and thought leaders in their individual fields.
Speakers Tan Yen Yen, Tan Su-Lyn and Sher-Li Torrey brought the forum to a close by giving our readers tips on how they overcame mother’s guilt and how our readers too, can overcome it.
Our forum gave women everywhere the perfect space and opportunity to inspire and be inspired by one another.
