1. Do The Difficult Tasks First

Doing the hardest and most dreaded task first will relieve you of some anxiety. This way, your mood should improve throughout the rest of the day. 

2. Plan What You Need To Do The Night Before

This way, you won’t feel anxiety much the next day. 

Plus, you’ll be better able to focus on what’s needed for the day and handle your tasks better. Alternatively, when you get in every morning, write a list of things that need to be done for the day, you’ll feel a huge sense of accomplishment upon completing each task. 

3. Put On Some White Noise Or Audiobook

Alternatively, watching an inspirational talk on YouTube can help you keep your focus better too. 

4. Get Comfortable
