H&M collaborations with designer labels are no stranger to the Swedish fast fashion retailer but its latest with The Vampire’s Wife is definitely the first of its kind. The UK-based cult label, which has celebrity fans like Keira Knightley, Kate Moss, Cate Blanchett and even the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, is the brainchild of designer and creative director Susie Cave.
What can you expect to see in the collection? Definitely the signature gothic-style aesthetic of The Vampire’s Wife, from a dramatic silvery cape with a velvet bow to plenty of intricate lace and high-neck silhouettes that are perfect for date nights and year-end festivities.
“It was a great honour to be asked to be the designer and the creative director of The Vampire’s Wife’s collaboration with H&M. H&M went to extraordinary lengths to bring the dark and sensual world of The Vampire’s Wife to life. I hope this collection gives as much joy to those who wear it, as it did for me to create it,” says Susie Cave.
Below, a glimpse of the collection, which will launch on Oct 22, 2020 at all H&M stores in Singapore, as well as online at www.hm.com.
