Shortly after pregnant model Gigi Hadid revealed her… interesting home on Instagram, her model BFF Kendall Jenner followed suit, with a glamorous photoshoot and video tour of her sprawling home on interior magazine Architectural Digest. The model spent a year working on the renovations for her house alongside designers Kathleen and Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez, ensuring that the home had all the perfect little touches that she wanted. From dreamy and colourful wall art mixed alongside soft furnishings in neutral tones, this is one home that has definitely gotten us green with envy.

But enough talking, on to the pictures!
Just off the entryway, a signature James Turrell wall sculpture is the first thing anyone who steps into the house will see. According to Kendall, she loves the artwork because of how peaceful and calm it makes her feel, and that the artist actually made these in mind for people to meditate in. This particular one is called Scorpious which is perfect for the model as she is also a Scorpio!

If there was one image that could encapsulate the model’s aesthetic for the house, it would be the living room. Filled with warm, organic textures, earthy tones and cosy furnishings, the model’s home is perfect for homebodies like herself and her friends.

While Kendall loves having a rustic but clean LA aesthetic in her home, it was important to her to have little eclectic touches (such as interesting fabric cushions) to tie in the place together with her colourful wall art and add personality to each room.

The model is a huge fan of art, and chose this Tracey Emin light sculpture that is supposedly the measurements of the artist’s ex-boyfriend’s penis as well as a message to the next woman he dated.

The Kardashians are known for their legendary parties, and it’s no surprises that Kendall plans to continue their reputation of hostesses with the mostesss. She was inspired by her mother Kris Jenner’s penchant for a good home bar and decided to follow suit.

While this room was originally a home theatre when Kendall first moved in, she has since converted it into an art room where she and her friends can just come in to paint. Art therapy was something she picked up as a way to relax and de-stress from work, and eventually she felt that it seemed like a better use of the space as opposed to watching movies.

Any woman knows just how important the bathroom is. Not only is it the first and last place you’re in before you start and end your day, it is also a private sanctuary for you to escape from the world. Kendall added accents of marble and gold in hers for a glamorous touch.

Here at Singapore Women’s Weekly, we can’t stress the importance of a good kitchen. Kendall chose a teal green for hers with brass and gold hardware and crockery to tie in with the luxe feel of her house. The spacious kitchen has also prompted her to cook more, with the model admitting that she never used to cook in her previous home.
