A new book has been released, researching what a healthy diet should really look like – and it’s not necessarily what you think. Titled Know What to Eat, the book has been co-authored by Professor of Biochemistry Rodney Bilton of Liverpool’s John Moores University and Dr Laurence Booth. The pair have spent 15 years on their research and through their recommendations, they hope to help lower the risk of cancer, heart disease and diabetes.
