Is Your Pillow Right For You?
A pillow should support your neck and spine, creating a straight line from your neck to the base of your spine – similar to a standing posture. It should mould to the shape of your head and neck.

How Long Do They Last?
Pillows wear out quickly, so make sure to replace yours when it has lost its shape and no longer provides adequate support for your head and neck. Most pillows will last from six months to two years, with the more durable latex and memory foams often lasting longer.

When To Replace?
Test most pillows by folding it in half. If the pillow springs back, it’s probably ok. If it stays folded, it’s time to shop for a new one.

What Pillow Types Should You Get?
In general, smaller framed people match smaller, flatter pillows while tall, heavy-set people are more comfortable with higher, more supportive pillows. But it often comes down to personal preference.
