Your general health is actually quite good this year. However, do take extra precaution while operating machines or driving, using knives or handling sharp objects. Consider donating your blood, which may sometimes help reduce the impact of such calamities.
Most of your health issues for this year are stress related. Learn to relax – that should be your main focus; do not overwork yourself and avoid too many entertainment activities, which may upset your proper rest cycle. Watch your food hygiene closely to avoid digestive problems.
General health is rather stable for this year. Be more careful while driving, there may be possibilities of minor accidents. Your emotions may fluctuate quite a bit, which may affect your sleep cycle – and you may get some insomnia. Learn to let go of those thoughts that are keeping you from sleeping well.
Your health will be good, but pay more attention to your digestive system. If you drive, try to follow traffic regulations as much as possible as you are at high risk of being involved in accidents, getting a traffic ticket or facing a fine.
General health is fine; however, you will still need to pay attention while driving and handling machinery. You are prone to water-related accidents this year, so take careful measures to avoid unnecessary risks. If you’re going on a cruise, or taking part in any water sports, be sure to adhere to all the safety guidelines.
Your health is rather fragile this year. Pay more attention to your rest cycle, and do not overwork yourself. Be aware of any minor health-related symptoms, and take necessary steps to prevent liver- and stomach-related problems. Avoid drinking too much alcohol, especially at social gatherings in the upcoming year.
Your health is stable, and only minor sicknesses will affect you. Take some vitamins and other supplements to boost your immune system and if you’re already doing so, keep at it. Be extra careful when climbing on to chairs or ladders (to fix things and such) to minimise risk of falling.
Your health will be rather weak this year. Look out for digestive system issues, and watch the cleanliness of the food that you consume. If you have children or elderly folks staying with you, do pay more attention towards their health. You will also need to take extra precautions towards fire hazards at home.
Keep regular mealtimes and resting hours, and your health will be stable throughout the year. However, you will still need to pay more attention towards your lungs and heart – schedule a medical appointment to get them checked out. Avoid visiting high-risk areas like active volcanoes and steep routes when travelling.
As long as you are able to avoid too many drinking sessions, your health will be just fine. Avoid travelling to countries that may have any communicable disease outbreaks. At the same time, do pay more attention to the health of the elderly at home. Be sure to check on their safety and health status regularly.
Your work may require you to keep late nights, which can adversely affect your liver. Make sure you drink lots of water whenever you work late, and try to sleep before 11 pm at night when possible. Avoid travelling to wild areas as you are at high risk of getting insect or snake bites.
Be careful with your health – pay special attention (especially to possible symptoms that may arise) to your heart and blood-related issues. Watch your diet closely, and manage your emotions properly.
