Henry will have to flex his acting muscles as he plays Blake Lively’s character’s husband, Sean, who grapples with the mysterious and sudden disappearance of his wife from their small town.

In Crazy Rich Asians, Henry plays Nick Young, an eligible bachelor in the film based on Singapore-born Kevin Kwan’s 2013 best-selling novel about wealthy families living in Singapore. The predominantly Asian cast includes Michelle Yeoh, Fresh Off The Boat‘s Constance Wu and Gemma Chan. In an Instagram post confirming the news, Henry calls it  “an absolute dream come true” and thanks director Jon M. Chu “for tracking me down out of the thousands of fantastic talent here in Asia”. He also calls his female co-stars “some of the strongest voices for women and Asians across the world”.
