Morning Cleanse Juice

Bursting with anti-oxidants and healthy fibre, this morning cleanse is really great for your body!

Ingredients

1 quartered green apple

1 cup spinach or bok choy

1 stalk celery

½ chopped cucumber

½ chopped lemon

1 cm peeled ginger

2 stalks parsley

pinch of cayenne pepper, optional

Directions

1Using a juicer, feed in all ingredients together.

2Serve morning cleanse over ice, with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper if desired.
