This is no ordinary bandung soda recipe. The Malay beverage is given a fizzy twist with celebrity chef Rita Zahara's secret ingredient - ice cream soda!

125 ml rose syrup
150 ml evaporated milk
Ice cubes, as desired
180 ml ice cream soda
700 ml water
1Mix rose syrup with water, then stir in evaporated milk, mixing well.
2Add ice cream soda and stir to combine.
3Pour into glasses over ice cubes and serve.
