Chicken Satay Burgers

Ingredients

500 g chicken mince

2 tbsps red Thai curry paste

1 tbsp oil

4 sesame seed rolls

1 cucumber

½ cup coriander leaves

satay sauce

Directions

1Mix chicken mince with the red Thai curry paste and shape into 4 even patties.

2Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan on high and cook patties 10 to 12 mins, turning, until cooked through.

3Fill 4 sesame seed rolls with 1 cucumber (peeled into ribbons), coriander leaves and patties. Finish with satay sauce.
