Forget iced coffee! Make your own healthy version of an iced chocolate energy drink for a hot day!

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Cook: 10 mins
  • Yields: 1 Serving

Ingredients

1 cup chocolate or almond milk

1 tbsp cocoa powder

½ cup ice cubes

1 peeled banana

4 pitted dates

1 tbsp ground flax seed

Optional: Pinch of sea salt

Directions

1Blend all ingredients together to make chocolate energy drink
