Combat our hot weather and relieve heatiness with this ultra-cooling and refreshing Asian dessert that's so easy to make. It's also good for soothing cough and sore throats!

  • Cook: 1 hr


2 L water

1 cup fresh ginko nuts

3 sea coconut, thinly sliced

¼ cup candied melon

Rock sugar/cane sugar to taste


1Place water, fresh gingko nuts, sea coconut and candied melon into a pot and bring to boil.

2Simmer for 1 hour.

3Add rock sugar or cane sugar to taste.
