French toasts are a good way to make bread interesting if you’re sick of putting on spreads — and we all know the pain of finishing the bottom of the loaf as it’s approaching its expiry. Here’s how you can make your french toasts with some basic ingredients!

Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tsps condensed milk
- 4 slices bread, sliced diagonally
- Maple syrup, for garnishing
- Fresh cut fruits, for garnishing
Steps
Beat eggs, vanilla extract, condensed milk and cinnamon powder in a shallow dish. Stir in milk.
Dip the bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
Serve hot with maple syrup and fresh fruits of your choice.
