Ingredients

  • 2 L water
  • 1 cup fresh ginko nuts
  • 3 sea coconut, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup candied melon
  • Rock sugar/cane sugar to taste

Place water, fresh gingko nuts, sea coconut and candied melon into a pot and bring to boil.

Simmer for 1 hour.

03.

Add rock sugar or cane sugar to taste.
