Ingredients
- 2 L water
- 1 cup fresh ginko nuts
- 3 sea coconut, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup candied melon
- Rock sugar/cane sugar to taste
Steps
01.
Place water, fresh gingko nuts, sea coconut and candied melon into a pot and bring to boil.
02.
Simmer for 1 hour.
03.
Add rock sugar or cane sugar to taste.
