This unique appetiser featuring whole quail eggs which you can eat, shell included, is sure to become a conversation starter. Ingredients

  • 12 quail eggs
  • 1 tbsp Japanese soy sauce

Marinate quail eggs with soy sauce for 1 hour.

Grill them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Whole egg, including the shell, can be consumed.
