Made with leftover rice and fried fish, this is a fast and easy supper dish to make. You can buy the fried fish, or even use canned sardines if you don’t have the time to make it from scratch. If you are fasting, it is a great dish to buka puasa (break fast) with at night. Just make it in the morning and place it in a covered container in the fridge.
