Add a fragrant kick to your punch with this Cranberry & Ginger punch recipe bound to appetise before and satisfy after a meal.

Non-alcoholic option Swap the vodka and replace with more of the cranberry juice.

Ingredients

  • 750 ml ginger beer, chilled
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 3 limes
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Raspberries
  • Mint sprigs
  • Pear slices, as desired

Combine ginger beer, vodka and cranberry juice in a large jug.

Squeeze limes to make ¼ cup juice. Stir the juice into jug.

Serve topped with ice cubes, fresh raspberries, mint sprigs and thinly sliced pear.

Top Tip: Make cocktail bases a few hours ahead. Add chilled sparkling liquids and ice just before serving.
