These choc tops with a mish-mash of toppings allow you and your kids to mix and match your favourite chocolate treats to go on top of milk chocolate rounds, from pretzels to teddy biscuits, caramel chocolates and more. Plus, they’re super easy and fun to make with the young ones.

Ingredients

  • 250 g milk chocolate, chopped roughly
  • 115 g packaged baby oreo biscuits
  • 1 cup honey tiny teddy biscuits
  • 1 cup (35 g) mixed mini pretzels
  • 2 tbsps caramel choc bits
01.
Grease two oven trays; line with baking paper.
02.

Melt milk chocolate. Place ½ tbsps of melted chocolate onto lined tray and spread into 6cm rounds. Arrange two each of the Oreos, tiny teddies and pretzels on each chocolate round, then three Choc Bits.

03.

Refrigerate 15 mins or until chocolate sets before serving.

TIP Milk chocolate is easily overheated, which turns it grainy, so when melting it, make sure the water is at a low simmer, and the base of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir gently until it is melted, then remove the bowl immediately from the heat. Change the recipe by using white and dark chocolate for the bases.
