This pretty pink-swirled petal bark is a concoction of white chocolate, pink food colouring and gorgeous edible flowers. While it sounds simple, the results are so worth it and will be sure to delight anybody as a gift.
Ingredients
- 375 g white chocolate melts
- Pink food colouring
- 2 tbsps edible small flowers
- 1 tsp finely grated orange rind
- 1 tsp caster sugar
Steps
Grease a 25 cm x 35 cm swiss roll pan. Line with baking paper.
Place chocolate into a medium heatproof bowl; stir over a medium saucepan of simmering water until smooth (don’t let water touch base of bowl). Working quickly, spread chocolate onto tray as thinly as possible; randomly drop food colouring onto chocolate, swirl with a palette knife for a marbled effect. Sprinkle with edible flowers and combined rind and sugar. Refrigerate until set.
Break bark into pieces to serve.
