Add diversity to your range of chocolate and no-bake recipes with hedgehog slices made of sweet and milky white chocolate. We even included cranberries for a pop of colour and extra fruity flavour. 


  • 395 g can condensed milk
  • 100 g butter, chopped
  • 150 g white eating chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 250 g plain biscuits
  • ⅓ cup sweetened dried cranberries, finely chopped

Grease and line base and sides of a 26 x 16 cm (base measurement) slice pan, extending paper at long sides for handles.


Combine milk, butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir tor 6-7 mins or until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.


Process biscuits to make fine crumbs; transfer to a large bowl.


Add chocolate mixture to biscuit crumbs; mix well. Stir in cranberries: mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Cover with plastic food wrap; chill for 4 hrs or overnight until firm. Cut into slices to serve.

TIP Melt chocolate slowly over low heat or mixture may overheat and curdle; if it does, discard mixture and start again.
