Light on the tongue and thoroughly refreshing, the floral fragrance of this cocktail will make for a good drink to chat with over a feast.
Non-alcoholic Option Swap the wine for sparkling non-alcoholic wine.
- 2 x 750 ml bottles chilled sparkling dry white wine
- 1 cup elderflower cordial
- 2 tsps angostura bitters
- Orange rind
- 1 cup crushed ice
Slowly pour chilled sparkling dry white wine into a large serving jug. Add elderflower cordial and angostura bitters; stir to combine.
Serve with twists of orange rind and crushed ice.
Top Tip: Get angostura bitters from liquor stores and elderflower cordial from supermarkets.
