Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp protein powder, vanilla flavour (lactose- and gluten-free)
- 2 tbsps almond butter
- ½ medium ripe avocado, peeled, seed removed
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ medium banana
- 1 cup ice cubes

Place ingredients in high speed blender in order. Blend on high speed for about 1 min or until smooth and creamy.
