Sweet. Satisfying. And healthy! This easy-to-make banana yoghurt mousse makes such a tasty treat and it doesn’t affect their waistline.
- 125 g Ripe Banana
- 200 g Low-Fat Yoghurt
- 30 g Brown Sugar
- 30 ml Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 1/2 tsp Gelatine Powder
- 1 Kiwi
- 4 Strawberries
- 1 Orange
- 1 tsp Honey
- Mint leaves, for garnish
Add 2 tbsp of room temperature water into a bowl and sprinkle with gelatine and set aside to bloom.
Blend the ripe bananas with the low-fat yogurt, brown sugar and orange juice (30 ml).
Pour 2 tbsp of hot water into the bloomed gelatine to melt the gelatine. Add it into to the blender and blend.
Pour it into 4 separate moulds and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Dice the kiwis, strawberries, oranges and place in a bowl. Drizzle with honey.
Serve the yogurt mousse with the fruit salsa. Garnish with mint leaves.
