This is a bircher muesli recipe for those who prefer their muesli smooth and creamy. Simply pop all the ingredients like rolled oats, orange juice, yogurt, milk and honey into a blender. Unlike most bircher muesli, this recipe calls for cream, which makes the texture of this bircher muesli smoother and tastier. Then, top it with fruits and nuts for a wholesome and delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled aats
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml low fat UHT milk
  • 60 ml cream
  • 60 g honey
  • 120 ml plain yogurt

For Garnishing

  • 8 pieces strawberries, quartered
  • 20 pieces blueberries
  • 20 g walnuts, halved, toasted
  • 200 g green apples, cored

Blend all the ingredients (oats, orange juice, low fat milk, cream, honey, and plain yogurt) in a jug blender 24 hours before serving.

If the mixture is too thick, add more milk to adjust consistency.

Garnish with fruits & walnuts and serve.
