Pair Singapore’s favourite chicken satay with fluffy buns and refreshing cucumbers for a delightful and satisfying lunch burger

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken mince
  • 2 tbsps red Thai curry paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 sesame seed rolls
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
  • satay sauce
01.

Mix chicken mince with the red Thai curry paste and shape into 4 even patties.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan on high and cook patties 10 to 12 mins, turning, until cooked through.

03.

Fill 4 sesame seed rolls with 1 cucumber (peeled into ribbons), coriander leaves and patties. Finish with satay sauce.
