Ingredients

  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled, pith removed (leave seeds in)
  • 2 tbsps parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsps mint, chopped
  • 1 pear, unpeeled, cored
  • ½ banana or ¼ avocado (to help make it creamy)
  • 250 ml water
  • Squeeze lemon or lime juice, to your taste
  • ¼ cup fennel bulb, chopped (optional)
