A popular Mexican staple food, these tortillas are filled with veggies so you know every bite is good for you. Enjoy as a snack or you can prepare bigger portions as a meal too.


  • 4 large tortillas
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 4 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup drained pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 2 cups cooked skinless shredded chicken
  • ⅓ cup taco sauce
  • ⅓ cup sweet chilli sauce
  • ⅔ cup four-cheese mix
  • Corn chips, to serve

Preheat a sandwich press. For each wrap, place a tortilla on a clean work surface. Spread with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise, a quarter each of the avocado, lettuce, onion, jalapeno, peppers, chicken, taco sauce and chilli sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up to enclose filling. Repeat to make 4 in total.


Cook in sandwich press, in batches, for 4 mins or until heated and toasted. Cut in half. Serve with corn chips.
