Bursting with anti-oxidants and healthy fibre, this morning cleanse is really great for your body!
- 1 quartered green apple
- 1 cup spinach or bok choy
- 1 stalk celery
- ½ chopped cucumber
- ½ chopped lemon
- 1 cm peeled ginger
- 2 stalks parsley
- pinch of cayenne pepper, optional
Using a juicer, feed in all ingredients together.
Serve morning cleanse over ice, with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper if desired.
