- 390 g Royal Umbrella Jasmine Fragrant Rice
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 250 ml water
- 4 pcs pandan leaf
- 4 pcs cucumber
- 1 tbsp sambal belachan
- 1 tbsp ikan bilis
- 1 omelette
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 8 pcs chicken wings
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp curry powder
Marinate chicken with coconut milk, salt, white pepper and curry powder. Leave overnight.
Use rice cooker. Rinse your rice once, place in cooker with water. Add coconut milk, a pinch of salt. Tie pandan leaves together, put into the rice. Once rice is ready, stir it well and allow to dry a little.
Rinse the dried anchovies and drain the water. Fry the anchovies until they turn light brown and put aside.
Place chicken wings into the Philips Air fryer and allow the skin to become golden brown – it means that chicken is ready.
Cut the cucumber into slices and then quarter into four small pieces.
Dish up the steamed coconut milk rice and pour some sambal ikan bilis on top of the rice.
Serve with fried fish, cucumber slices, and hard-boiled eggs.
