Smooth and buttery, this easy recipe for the most perfect mash couldn’t be any simpler!
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup cream
- 25 g butter
Place potatoes in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water and bring to the boil on high. Boil 15 to 20 mins, until tender. Drain well.
Mash well then add cream and butter. Season to taste. Beat with a wooden spoon until smooth and fluffy.
