Its burst of fragrance comes from putting together sesame paste with sesame oil, a combination that makes any of your hotpot or shabu shabu ingredients all the more inviting.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsps sesame paste
- 2 tbsps water
- 1 tbsp white rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbsps light soya sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger (10 g)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic (2 cloves)
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 3 tbsps sesame oil
- 1 stalk of fresh coriander (3 g), chopped
- 1 stalk of spring onion (3 g), sliced
- 1⁄2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Steps

In a bowl, add the sesame paste, water, vinegar, light soya sauce, ginger, garlic and salt. Mix well.

Add the sesame oil, coriander and spring onion. Mix well.
03.
Garnish with the sesame seeds.
