Find out how to prepare a quick, easy and protein-packed tuna sandwich with a little fiery kick!

Ingredients

  • Ciabatta, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 can spicy tuna
  • 1 bunch chinese parsley or coriander
  • Nomu black pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ lime
  • Salt, to taste

Preheat toaster oven to 180 C.

Mix tuna, onions, coriander, garlic, black pepper, lime juice, salt and cheese for tuna in a bowl.

03.

Put tuna mix on half of ciabatta and top with 2 slices of cheese.

04.

Put in toaster oven for 5 mins until cheese melts and ciabatta is well toasted.

05.

Top with iceberg lettuce and tomato. Enjoy!
