- Ciabatta, sliced lengthwise
- 1 tomato
- 1 iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 can spicy tuna
- 1 bunch chinese parsley or coriander
- Nomu black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 small red onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ lime
- Salt, to taste
Preheat toaster oven to 180 C.
Mix tuna, onions, coriander, garlic, black pepper, lime juice, salt and cheese for tuna in a bowl.
Put tuna mix on half of ciabatta and top with 2 slices of cheese.
Put in toaster oven for 5 mins until cheese melts and ciabatta is well toasted.
Top with iceberg lettuce and tomato. Enjoy!
