Healthier than ice cream, churn out this luscious homemade strawberry frozen yoghurt using just a simple food processor and viola!
- 200 g tub vanilla no-fat natural yoghurt
- 2 tsps honey, plus extra to serve
- 500 g packet frozen strawberries (or fresh, hulled and frozen)
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 250 g punnet fresh strawberries, sliced to serve.
In a large bowl, combine yoghurt and honey.
In a food processor, pulse frozen strawberries, until roughly chopped. Add 2 tbsps yoghurt mixture. Process until slightly lumpy.
With the machine running, add remaining yoghurt mixture and orange juice. When mixture is creamy and fluffy, without ice crystals, it is ready. Serve with strawberry slices and drizzle of honey.
