Dessert in a drink? This Toblerone cocktail is self-explanatory in its name, combining chocolate and honey, as well as fresh cream with the nutty and aromatic concoction of baileys, frangelico and kahlua.

Ingredients

  • 5 ml honey
  • 10 ml chocolate ice magic
  • 30 ml frangelico
  • 30 ml kahlua
  • 30 ml baileys
  • 15 ml dark crème de cacao
  • 60 ml fresh cream
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Drizzle honey and Ice Magic around inside of chilled glass; place glass upright in freezer for 5 mins to set.

Combine remaining ingredients in jug of a blender; blend until well combined, pour into cocktail glass (150 ml).

Garnish with crushed Flake chocolate bar and a straw.
